• A $50 non-refundable deposit per person is required to confirm your booking. This deposit secures your appointment and will be applied toward your total service fee.
• The deposit must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. Appointments without a confirmed deposit are not considered booked.

• Please arrive promptly at your scheduled time.
• A 10-minute grace period is allowed. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, the appointment will be automatically canceled, and your deposit will be forfeited.
• Punctuality is essential to avoid delays for subsequent appointments.

• Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.
• Deposits are non-refundable, even in the case of cancellations or rescheduling. If a cancellation or reschedule is made within the 24-hour window, a new deposit will be required to secure another appointment.

• Unconfirmed Appointments: Appointments are not finalized until your deposit is confirmed. If no deposit is received, your requested time will not be held.
• Rescheduling: If you wish to reschedule, it must comply with the 24-hour notice policy to transfer your deposit to the new date.

• Clients are responsible for arriving on time and adhering to the above policies.
• We are not liable for missed appointments or lost deposits due to failure to comply with the stated terms.
